Even with the best products and marketing strategies, today’s agribusiness companies face challenges in designing business systems and processes to effectively deliver products to the marketplace at the right time.   Nancy Appelquist combines her background in management consulting with more than a decade of supply chain management experience and knowledge in materials management, inventory management, and customer service.

At a leading crop protection company, Nancy managed inventory operations and was responsible for master production scheduling, distribution planning, master data maintenance and warehouse compliance of agricultural chemical products.  She also managed a 20-person customer service staff responsible for strategic account management, order processing, and product shipment and invoicing.

Nancy is active in AgGateway, a non-profit consortium of businesses that serve the ag industry to promote e-business.  She chaired the committee that organized the 2009 annual conference.  She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in business logistics.  Nancy lives with her family in upstate New York.
